High density oxidized polyethylene wax op-22 is a polymer based on the oxidation reaction of high density polyethylene. It is a polar wax with high temperature and high hardness.
The melting point 138℃ makes it have wider processing characteristics.
Because of its high viscosity, for PVC high filling products, it can improve the plasticizing efficiency, greatly reduce the torque, reduce the processing temperature, reduce the screw wear, so as to extend the start-up cycle.
