Acrylic acid processing aid which is produced by emulsion polymerization technology. the product has excellent plasticizing capacity, accelerate the PVC melting, improve the melt strength and evenness, slow melt fracture and increase the compatibility, and no obvious adverse effect on mechanical properties of PVC, thus is widely applied to the production of PVC at home and abroad.
It can accelerate the plasticizing process of PVC, improve the rheological property of thermoplastic melt, improve the mechanical properties of melt under the thermoelastic state, improve the appearance of products and other comprehensive functions. Although the amount of processing additives is small, it is very important to improve the processing performance of PVC.
