Description

This series of products with calcium and zinc salts of organic acids with a reasonable company developed its own ternary hydrotalcite, rare earth soap and a variety of efficient auxiliary stabilizers and external lubricants made. It has passed the SGS testing, with excellent thermal stability and initial color performance, good lubricity, dispersion, resistance to migration, chemical and oil resistance.

Product characteristics

A) Can entirely replace lead, organotin and other Ca/Zn stabilizers. Satisfies non-toxic sanitary requirements for environmental protection, can pass the RoHS, REACH, PAHs, Phthalates tests.

B) Suitable for heavy/light calcium formula.

C) High thermal stability, Congo red time can be as long as 180min.

D) High resistance.

E) Excellent synergistic reaction in working with epoxidized soybean oil.

Calcium zinc stabilizer is synthesized by special composite process with calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant as main components.
It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as Pb, Cd salts and organic tin, but also has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring power.
Practice has proved that in PVC resin products, the processing property is good, the thermal stability is equivalent to lead salt stabilizer, is a good non-toxic stabilizer.
